When there’s snow overnight, I like to get out to enjoy its freshness before everyone else. I want to get photos before footprints and dog pee ruin the opportunities for good shots.

It’s beautiful when leaves or branches on the ground are almost covered, but still there for us to see, all delicate and minimal.

I enjoy it when plants or small bushes are settled down into the snow for warmth.

I like squiggly lines poking up and wind waves in the snow.

It’s all a reminder that the plants are waiting in the snow, planning for spring.
Love this! I’ve shared on twitter (now following you there too).

Thank you 😊. I don’t get on Twitter much, but I autopost my blogs there and go on once in awhile. I’m on FB & IG more.

Yes! I call it my garden’s dream time. You’ve captured everything I love about the snow and then some. Thanks for giving me more ways to see its beauty.
